Umbrella Services

As well as tax and accountancy services for contractors using their own limited company, we can offer an alternative service called umbrella services.

An umbrella structure is best suited if you:

  • are contracting for the first time and are unsure whether or not to set up your own limited company
  • have a contract which is worth less than around £30,000 per annum
  • are in the UK on a working visa
  • prefer not to set up your own limited company, even if your contract is worth more than £30,000 per annum
